Un establecimiento diseñado únicamente con tejas, el original diseño de la nueva tienda de Camper en Barcelona
La marca ha abierto recientemente en la ciudad condal su último establecimiento y con él se mantiene fiel a sus principios creativos creando un espacio comercial sorprendente y único.
Una vez más, Camper se ha apoyado en grandes nombres de la arquitectura y del diseño para el diseño de sus tiendas Camper Together, y en esta ocasión ha contado con el arquitecto japonés Kengo Kuma para la creación de un espacio comercial atractivo y muy singular.
Se trata de la segunda colaboración del japonés con la marca, puesto que también fue el encargado de diseñar el espacio de Via Montenapoleone en Milán.
Para el espacio de Paseo de Gracia ha usado un elemento único y muy característico de la tradición arquitectónica catalana: las tejas de cerámica. “Nos interesaba la idea de mostrar cada artículo de forma separada, con su propio espacio, para devolver la atención a los productos. Para ello, ideamos un sistema a partir de baldosas cerámicas similares a las tejas que se emplean en los tejados. De esta forma no se sobrecarga el espacio, consiguiendo que los zapatos acaparen todo el protagonismo.”, afirman desde Camper.
La elección de la teja no es casual, el propio Kengo Kuma optó por ella para establecer una conexión entre la cultura japonesa y la tradición mediterránea.
El resultado de todo ello es un establecimiento singular y muy original en el que llama la atención la innovadora forma de emplear un material tan tradicional.
Este proyecto se suma a las más de 400 tiendas que la marca tiene en más de 40 países, cada una de ellas diseñadas con un enfoque distinto y que apoyan la imagen de originalidad de la marca mallorquina por todo el mundo.
Precisamente ha sido Camper la galardonada hace unos días con el Premio Nacional Honorífico a la Gran Empresa en la V edición de los Premios Nacionales de la Industria de la Moda, por su decidida apuesta por la creatividad, el diseño y la innovación como motores de desarrollo económico, cultural y social.
