Sports Direct sigue los pasos de H&M. La compañía británica, especializada en moda deportiva, ha exigido a los propietarios de los establecimientos donde opera vincular el alquiler a la facturación de las tiendas.
En concreto, Mike Ashley, dueño de la compañía y propietario también de otras empresas como House of Fraser, Jack Wills y Flannels, ha pedido a los propietarios que acepten vincular hasta el 15% del alquiler a las ventas.
El grupo tiene previsto incluir esta medida en todos los establecimientos donde opera, así como en las tiendas donde está renovando los contratos de alquiler. En total, Sports Direct cuenta con setecientos puntos de venta en el país.
La empresa británica no es la primera en incluir esta propuesta. Hace unos meses, H&M comenzó a aplicar este modelo en el mercado británico para los nuevos contratos y las rentas que expiran en 2020.
