RD: ingresos fiscales incrementan 10.1% en primeros siete meses de 2019
Durante el periodo enero-julio de 2019, los ingresos fiscales del Estado alcanzaron los RD$390,204 millones, incluyendo RD$378 millones de donaciones, lo que refleja un incremento de 10.1% respecto a igual periodo de 2018, es decir RD$35,819 millones adicionales.
Así lo informó la Dirección General de Política y Legislación Tributaria, tras detallar que la Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII) recaudó RD$287,683 millones, reflejando un aumento de 10.5% respecto al año anterior; la Dirección General de Aduanas, RD$80,366 millones, es decir, 6.3% más que en 2018; y la Tesorería Nacional percibió RD$21,777 millones, un 20.0% adicional.
El Ministerio de Hacienda informó que el buen desempeño de los principales impuestos que conforman el Sistema Tributario Dominicano también se hizo evidente en los primeros siete meses del año, ya que reflejan alzas que están por encima del crecimiento nominal de la economía. Entre ellos se destacan: el Impuesto a las Transferencias de Bienes Industrializados y Servicios (ITBIS), que reflejó un incremento de un 10.1%; el Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) de las Personas Físicas, con un 14.6%; los Impuestos a la Propiedad, con un 16.5%; entre otros.
Como parte de la estrategia, este año se promulgó la Ley No. 17-19 para la erradicación del comercio ilícito, contrabando y falsificación de productos regulados; y la Norma General No. 05-19 de la (DGII) sobre comprobantes fiscales especiales, que regula el uso de los mismos.
