Mejor experiencia web. El ganador debe contar con excelente UX/UI tanto en dispositivos móviles (celulares y tablets) como en computadores, incluyendo en este pilar desde la velocidad de carga hasta la experiencia de pago en el checkout.
Acá destacan empresas como Falabella, quien han mostrado constantes mejoras en su UX (user experience), traduciéndose con ello en compras con reducidas fricciones y muy ricas en contenido.
Mejor propuesta de valor. El ganador debe presentar una propuesta comercial que dé vida al eCommerce, encontrando en ella la razón principal de su éxito, esperando que además de forma continua presente una propuesta ganadora y fresca.
Todas las empresas pre-seleccionadas presentaban propuestas altamente valoradas por sus públicos objetivos y dentro de ellas destaca cornershop, quien en un par de años irrumpió el mercado chileno contando con más del 50% del marketshare de su industria.
