La moda femenina de Pequeña Moma se expande de la mano de El Corte Inglés y pone rumbo a los 2,5 millones
Pequeña Moma crece a golpe de corner, la compañía española de moda, que nació en Cartagena (Murcia) en 2013, está llevando a cabo una estrategia de expansión de la mano de los grandes almacenes El Corte Inglés. Apoyada en esta expansión, la empresa prevé finalizar el año con 2,5 millones de euros de facturación.
La empresa fundada por Paloma Jaúdenes, que ya contaba con experiencia en el sector tras haber gestionado durante varios años una franquicia de la compañía de moda infantil Neck&Neck. En un inicio, Pequeña Moma estaba especializada en la venta de complementos infantiles, pero la marca evolucionó hacia la distribución de moda femenina.
Cinco años después de su puesta en marcha, la empresa está presente en quince puntos de venta. Durante este año, la compañía ha subido la persiana de ocho corners en los centros de El Corte Inglés de Andalucía y ha ingresado en su Marketplace, además de abrir una tienda propia en Cabo de Palos (Murcia). En paralelo, la empresa está estudiando abrir otro punto de venta en Madrid o Valencia.
Pequeña Moma está presente en quince puntos de venta, entre tiendas propias y franquicias
Con esta estrategia de aperturas, Pequeña Moma prevé facturar 2,5 millones de euros para cierre de 2018, frente al millón de euros que registró durante el ejercicio del año pasado.
El siguiente paso de Pequeña Moma después de afianzarse con puntos de venta es abrir su negocio a mercados internacionales. La compañía opera en Europa desde su plataforma online, pero tiene como objetivo a largo plazo llegar a otros mercados con establecimientos físicos. Para ello, Pequeña Moma tiene puesto el foco en mejorar su canal ecommerce, donde registra el 10% de sus ingresos.
Con presencia en Cartagena, Murcia, Albacete, Córdoba, Jaén, Málaga y Madrid, Pequeña Moma emplea a 45 personas. La producción de los artículos de la compañía está dividida entre Italia y España.
