Equivalenza traza un nuevo plan de crecimiento. La cadena de perfumería prevé abrir cien tiendas cada año para llegar a los mil establecimientos en 2023, según Expansión. Equivalenza finalizó el último ejercicio con una facturación de 75 millones de euros, un 10% más que el ejercicio anterior.
Entre los nuevos proyectos del grupo, está el lanzamiento de la nueva línea de cosmética, que será lanzada en marzo de este año. A esta categoría se le sumarán las nuevas de cuerpo y baño en 2021 y la de maquillaje en 2022.

José María Fernández, actual consejero delegado de Equivalenza, explica que la nueva estrategia de la compañía contempla aumentar su presencia a través de tiendas propias para aumentar su presencia dentro de los centros comerciales y las ubicaciones que proporcionen mayor visibilidad. La empresa española operaba únicamente a través de franquicias.
