Calzedonia da el salto a Asia y abre un ‘flagship store’ en Shanghái
Calzedonia da sus primeros pasos en el mercado asiático. La compañía italiana especializada en moda íntima, propietaria también de las cadenas Intimissimi y Tenezis, ha desembarcado en el continente con la apertura de un flagship store en la ciudad de Shanghái.
El establecimiento se ubica en el número 831 de la calle Huaihau Road. Los planes de Eva Sánchez pasan por abrir otras seis tiendas en el país en los próximos años y aterrizar como ciudades como Pekín y Shenzhen. Además, prevé distribuir sus productos online además de en el marketplace de Tmall.
La apertura del establecimiento, que subió la persiana ayer, estuvo amadrinada por la influencer italiana Chiara Ferragni junto con la china Xu Lu. La nueva tienda se suma a los 4.454 puntos de venta en 49 países del mundo con los que cuenta la empresa.
Calzedonia facturó 2.300 millones de euros en el ejercicio pasado, frente a los 2.128 millones de euros que Calzedonia facturó en 2016. Por cadenas, el concepto homónimo de la empresa anotó unos ingresos de 802 millones de euros en 2017, un 13,8% más que en el año anterior.
