Amazon anunció el lanzamiento en Estados Unidos de Counter, una nueva red de puntos de recolección que les brinda a los clientes la opción de recoger sus paquetes de Amazon en las tiendas de diferentes socios, expandiéndose de manera exponencial con la expectativa de tener un crecimiento de más de 1500 puntos pickup a fin de año.
El Counter de Amazon se puso en marcha en más de cien tiendas de la cadena de farmacias Rite Aid en todo Estados Unidos. A finales de año, el servicio se desplegará en 1.500 ubicaciones de Rite Aid, desde Oyster Bay, Nueva York, hasta Chula Vista, California.
