Richemont modifica su cúpula: sale el responsable de moda
Vuelco en la cúpula de Richemont. El responsable de la división de marcas de moda y accesorios del conglomerado suizo, dueño de marcas como Cartier, Ynap o Baume&Mercier, abandonará su puesto en la empresa el próximo octubre.
Licenciado en la escuela de Estudios Superiores de Comercio de París, el directivo inició su trayectoria en BNP Paribas para después incorporarse a LVMH como director general de Louis Vuitton para Europa.
Posteriormente, Vallat fue nombrado responsable de Christian Dior Couture en Japón. Entre 2012 y 2018, el ejecutivo trabajó como directivo en EPI Group y Remy Cointreau, y en junio de 2018 se colocó al frente de la división de moda de Richemont.
El grupo cerró el ejercicio fiscal de 2018 con un beneficio neto de 2.787 millones de euros. Las ventas del grupo, por su parte, se elevaron un 27%, hasta 13.989 millones de euros.
